| On January 22nd, 2015, the Eighth Meeting of ACF’s First Board of Trustees was held in Guangzhou. A total of 14 trustees attended the meeting including ACF Chairman Gan Chee Eng, Vice Chairman Audie Wong, Director-General Frances Yu, and Executive Deputy Director-General Jenny Zhai. Audit Committee members Patrick Hau and Peng Jianmei also participated in the meeting. The Board heard and passed Secretary-General Paula Peng’s report on ACF’s work in 2014 and 2015 development plan. |

| Between January and February 2015, ACF received 5 special awards in recognition of their active involvement in charitable works. These awards included “5-star Philanthropy Project,” the China Charity Festival’s “Best Charitable Video,” and the “Light up Hope” Charity Gala’s “Charitable Organization of the Year.” The awards covered project organization, charitable communications, industry promotion and other areas. These awards once again affirm Amway’s contributions and influence in the charity sector. |

| The Amway Charity Foundation was invited to participate in the 6th Annual China Private Foundation Forum that was held in Beijing from December 8th-9th, 2014. The China Private Foundation Forum is a domestic, non-official network, voluntarily formed by private foundations, that aspires to pursue organizational excellence and industry development. It is very influential in the charity sector. Fifteen other well-known private foundations attended the Forum including the Alibaba Foundation, the Vanke Foundation, and the Tencent Foundation. |

| In January 2015, Amway China launched the charity sale of Buff Up Furniture Cream. In just over 20 days, 20,000 packages were sold, with limited supplies remaining. With the Chinese New Year approaching, ABOs and other kind-hearted members of society can use this opportunity to use their actions to show their support for ACF’s Spring Sprout Project. |
